After waiting hour and half....we call to check on our other. We find out that our order is canceled and nobody had curtesy to let us know. Pretty much we are waiting for nothing. When we ask them why they canceled our order, reason is "someone rubbed us in that area"....but if is that even true. They know how to get money from your card but to let you know that order is cancelled now way!
For a lack of things to say, just want to send a special thanks to Mike, the delivery guy who made not only my night with a pizza, but also my guests whom were hungry and inhouse. I work overnight for a hotel in Koreatown and New York Pizza Shack is the only place that offers pizza deliveries after hours that is near by. Pizza is always a delight, havent heard one complaint. Do expect some waiting time given the hours, but you won't be dissapointed. Thanks for your service guys!
