My daughter treated me to a gel manicure for my birthday on 5/30/26. I was very disappointed in the service I received. ( have been many times before and was always happy). On 5/30/26 I was rushed to station 9 ( we were 15 minutes early for appt) the technician had me soak fingers in cold water. Cut me when trimming cuticles and was done with manicure in 15 minutes. First time going here to get my nails done and I was not disappointed! Had my baby shower this weekend and needed to find a new nail salon that I liked. As the last nail salon I went to I wasn’t satisfied with. I had Lauren as my nail tech and I am so so satisfied with her work. She was very sweet and took such passion with her work. She took her time and made sure they looked good. She also kept making sure I was satisfied as well. Absolutely loved her and will be returning!
