One extra star only because of Dr. Kevin. He is kind, respectful, and an excellent doctor. The reception staff, however, is completely incompetent. Despite having a confirmed appointment, they refused to let me see the doctor because of an alleged outstanding balance from 2023. The real issue was their own negligence—they only had my secondary insurance on file and never entered my primary insurance, even though I have always had both and have always carried my primary insurance card. Everyone at this office is professional and lovely to deal with. Dr. Singh is a great doctor and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I will return for a LASIK consultation in the near future. The place is very clean and is often sanitized. I had an emergency and my visit was a walk in; I was seen in less than half hour. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Update Jan 2026 - I got PRK surgery in June 2022 after the consultation, and it changed my life! Dr. Koster is an amazing doctor, and he cares about his patients. 3.5... read more
