Always have great care.
All was truly comfortable.. They always treat you like a human being, not like Number I've known Dr. Mark Jagust a long time. He saved my mom's life, so she was able to see hehr grandson born & lived another 8 years. To me Dr. Mark was.& still is a concerning person as doctor. He is attentive & has a great memory for my concerns, like my shoulder pain & back. One day at a time
I like the doctor very much I've been going to him for years unfortunately after becoming New York Healthcare my bill always goes into collections because they never take the proper payments when I'm on site the prescriptions are always wrong when they send them to the pharmacy the dose is off upon calling New York Healthcare I can't speak to the doctor or the office I speak to New York Healthcare the service and they told me that the doctor had changed my prescriptions well that was incorrect or a lie because I was at the d... read more
Dr. Jagust and the PA’s are the only reason I remain at this practice. The wait times are ridiculous as the scheduling is poorly managed. It is also sometimes impossible to even speak to a human person when calling the office. I had a balance that was billed to my insurance incorrectly and couldn’t speak to anyone about it. They just expect you to pay it and not dispute it! Horrible!!!
