I was one of those who couldn't get a toothache M-F.... so Saturday I sucked it up as long as I could only realizing by around 6pm that this ache couldn't wait... To my very good fortune, I found this incredible TEAM... The answering service was polite, my call back was almost immediate.. all very reassuring! I almost never take the time to leave a review but I am making an exception in this case. Dr. Goziker at NY Endodontic did an emergency root canal for me on a Sunday morning - I found him by googling Endodontic on a Saturday night as I was in pain. I called the number listed on the website and an answering service took my number and said I would be getting a phone call back from one of the dentists. Everyone was helpful from booking the appointment to even the Dr apologizing because another patient needed more time so my appointment was delayed.The dentist was kind, explained everything to me. He cared about my pain and called to check on me.Couldn't have ever thought such good care and great kindness.

The service was excellent from the moment I walked in until I walked out. Ann at the desk was very friendly and informative. Dr. Goziker was amazing throughout the procedure, making sure I was comfortable and pain free. It was a great experience, under the circumstances!
