A friendly welcome is the first surprise. An office that runs on time is the second surprise. However, the best surprise is the professionalism of Dr. Bruckner who is always willing to take the time necessary to clarify what he will do and what the procedure entails and what the patient should expect. His compassion is beyond measure and I am delighted to have discovered him after my previous endodontist missed a canal in one root resulting in complications which Dr. Bruckner addressed and solved without fuss and drama.
