I came in booking an appointment with Ramona specifically. No one said anything to me no communication, no explanation. Someone random I’ve never been to was just sent to come get me. I have sent multiple people here, I have been coming for years. They lack professionalism. My hair is the worst it’s ever been today. I wish I could give 0 stars. When I spoke to the women up front which I believe is the owner. Jackie she said I know next time next time. What does that even mean? Terrible. I am never coming back.
WOW WOW WOW CLARA WAS AMAZING. I was nervous getting extensions somewhere new but this is THE BEST my sew in has ever looked. She listened to my concerns and exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love this place I've been here quite a few times and the atmosphere is top tier. All of the ladies here are nice and my blow out always last more than two weeks!
