love my blinds! – I had a great experience with NY City Blinds. Someone came to my apartment, measured my windows, and gave my great ideas... I wanted one thing, but he suggested another... very happy! I ordered my blinds and they were installed a few weeks later. Great customer service!

My partner and me purchesed NY City Blinds from Ronnie more then a year ago and we are not affiliated with him in any way. Scary! – Oh my! So relieved to see everyone's terrible review of this place. The guy is actually scary. I was searching for a new blind company it has taken me this long to not be frightened of a similar experience when I came across these reviews. The receptionist IS nice. Very. Ronnie is so psycho scary like a kind of Cable guy thing. First time he came over he stepped on furniture and window ledges with no worry spent most of the time talking up how he was giving me a deal. MISERABLE EXPERIENCE -- NEVER USE THEM – Owner/Meathead "Ronnie" threatened to beat up my roommate... whole experience was miserable and on top of that it was a total ripoff. NEVER USE THEM!
Perfection! – I'm so shocked to see the others negative reviews. I had nothing but a wonderful experience with new york city blinds. my installation turned out perfect! exactly what i ordered and came in a timely fashion - about 2 and a half to 3 weeks...everything had to be customer, as my windows are very large. R*** came to my building and was nothing but a gentleman, brought all necessary tools - of course including his own ladder (i'm sorry but i don't know too many tenants in NYC who can store ladders), took his shoes ... read more
MOST HORRIFIC TREATMENT! – All I can say is if I could post pictures of what they did to my windows and walls, I'd do it in a heartbeat. I was also horrified when the installer continued to verbally abuse us over the phone and also the way he talks to his receptionist. He definitely needs anger management and we actually did not invite him back to fix our walls because we were afraid he was capable of physical violence as well.
Traumatic Shading Experience – DO NOT use their services. They damaged my walls while installing the shades and told me that it was a "service" for them to fix it. I thought I was saving money using him but ended up spending more since now I have to fix the walls. When they stood me up twice and when I complained they stated that "because I filed a complaint" they would not fix the walls and threatened to reneg on their 1 years service warranty (which I have in writing).
