Reliable Service – Impressed. I have a tough schedule with work. COnventiently came to apt on Sunday. ON time and professional. Brought tons of samples. 2 weeks later, blinds were installed.
Love my shades! – Had blinds for years I love. Really thought that I need to get new ones. NY CIty Blinds came to give me an estimate for new ones (I thought they were in bad shape :( ), BUT he said I didn't have to buy new; instead he was able to immediately fix my favorite blinds and clean them. Saved me $ and saved me from having to give up favorite shades. THX!
Showroom! Samples! Service! – Beautiful showroom at 450 East 78th Street. Took a look at the samples - immediately receptionist put us on the scheudle the following day. Salesperson came on time and showed various samples - great selection -- ordered 3 blinds and 5 Sillouettes -- came week and half later, as promised - all installed to perfection (very hard working - gave extra $50 for wonderful service) Looks awesome!
Loyal customer of NY City Blinds – My first apt in 845 UN Plaza; i used NY City Blinds - loved the work - bought 2 more apts and broke through. They came back and put motorized shades throughout. Definitely trust their work; I had them come and do my home in Watermill (Hamptons). Don't hesitate to call oon site agent 845 UN Plaza for further recommendations - I've referred many people in the building.
Not reliable, dishonest. – When I called for appointment, I told receptionist, salesman had to remove shoes a/c cats. When he came in to measure the blinds salesman was cooperative. When he came to install blinds, he gave me a story about foot accdient prevented him removing shoes. One of the blinds was too narrow - an inch too much space on each side.. Not Reliable – Ordered blinds and left cash deposit. Waiting a month and never received return phone calls. Always had some "excuse" and when I was told delivery was imminent, still waiting. Unreliable and less than truthful.
