Nxt Gen Plumbing went out of their way to fix our shower. They called the manufacturer and got a new shower head and other items free of charge. I appreciate a company that bids on the project instead of by the hour. I highly recommend!

Joshua at Nxt Gen Plumbing was wonderful. His communication was reliable, and he gave updates on ETA. He had a plumbing evaluation for $89 and waived the fee when work was performed. He offered many options on hot water heater replacement options, Rinnai tankless hot water heaters, heat pump water heaters, and typical hot water heater tanks. Joshua at Nxt Gen Plumbing was awesome! He confirmed the appointment, provided an ETA of his arrival within 5 minutes of the appointment time. He arrived on time. He is very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed the work that was requested to be repaired, and let me know what needed to be done. After the work was completed he provided pictures to show his work. I would highly recommend his services to anyone, as he did a great job!

Josh was able to address our concerns with a leaking sink. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work in the timeframe that was set. He is knowledgeable about codes and shares openly what needs to be corrected to fix the problem. He offers payment plans should you need it too which is a blessing to customers who may need it.
