This was one of the most disappointing living experiences I’ve ever had. The elevator broke down nearly every other week, the hallways were often dirty, and the elevator itself besides being expired, was frequently filled with trash and debris. If you want your kids to be in a safe environment, look elsewhere. The overall experience here was horrible on top of that. So many maintenance issues, and the kids took such good care of the place, and they left us with a $95 fee. Called to discuss twice and they never got back to me. My daughter's car was hit right at the entrance gate where they have cameras. It was a hit and run. I asked for video footage, and they couldn't produce anything.
