I wanna first say that the first year I had at NxNW I had no issues, and happily renewed even though rent was increasing. However, in my second year I had to deal with my AC being out for over 3 months, my car being spray painted over (car pictured not mine), and just a general decline in my living facilities compared to last year. While they’ve upped their security compared to earlier, I’m still having to pay more in fees and rent for a worse situation. Our host Brooke did a fantastic job. She answered all of our questions. She knew exactly the answers or if she didn’t she got the answer for us.
