NXNW Management made living here a nightmare. Like many other reviewers have mentioned, my roommate and I were among the hundreds of students essentially forced to move out in the middle of the semester for “renovations.” In reality, this meant having vinyl flooring slapped over the existing, uncleaned floors—turning our home into a construction zone. Such a nice place to live! Great amenities and the people at the leasing center are always super helpful.
I’ve lived here at nxnw for almost 2 years now and I personally love it. Especially with the new change in management there have been several upgrades and improvements. Our pool is looking better than ever with new lounge couches and hanging swing chairs. I will say when I first moved in here I was worried about security and I had to out in many maintenance requests. My daughter lived here for two years and the management is nonresponsive and only cares about charging extra fees. The AC didn’t work most of the summer and they put in portable cooling units that made the apartment similar to a swamp - high humidity and no cool air. She had to live with this for most of the summer. The apartment was 92 degrees when we moved her out at the end of July. The outside hallways are disgusting and unkept.
