I've been going here for perhaps two years, and it is a fantastic gym with a nice locker room, sauna, and plenty of classes to pick from. Staff are wonderful. Highly recommend.

I’m so glad to have finally found a good gym with good childcare in Maine. There isn’t a ton to choose from in southern Maine with childcare. The staff is super friendly, the gym is the cleanest I have ever been too. I like it here a lot!
I really love the barre classes, Shannon and Louisa are great. everyone that works at the gym is really nice. I am happy with the place.
