I had looked at many different cars and went to Nxcess last (not expecting to find anything there). Boy, was I wrong! The vehicles offered were stunning, and the service was top notch. This is makes my 3rd car that I bought from this dealership. Jacek and Richard are incredible to work with and make buying a car very easy with competitive prices and great car quality/conditions . I will continue to send my family and friends to this dealership.

I have to say, this was the most pleasant of all my stops while shopping for a used car. Enter Ivan. This salesman made up for any chilly reception. He was friendly, polite, and a gentleman from start to finish. Took me out to test-drive the car I was interested in, and impressed me with his extensive knowledge of cars the whole time. He was cracking light jokes in between explaining facts about the car...I've never been as impressed with a salesperson. Reading thru the reviews, I was hestitate but than I decided to give them a try because there was several vehicle I was interested in.I ask them if I can do a buyers inspection before I purchase it. They approve of it and I end up purchasing a 2007 Infiniti M35 from them. The finance dept only offer me gap, extended warranty and credit life. I only purchase extended warranty. They were not pushy. I am very happy considering this is my first car purchase.

My experience at NxCess was a very pleasurable one. My salesperson Abraham made sure that everything he promised became a reality. I test drove the car on Saturday, took it to another dealership for a diagnostic review on Monday, and purchased it on Tuesday. The process was extremely stress-free and I am now going to enjoy my new E350.

I had a great experience a Nxcess. I was on the market for a luxury car. I expressed an interest in a 2012 Mercedes E350. The feedback was spontaneous. I set up an appointment, went through the test drive, overall great experience. They made the process seamless and were very forward with information about other car options, trade-in, and financing. In less than two hours everything was done.
