My experience with NWV Group has been great so far! They were super responsive and helpful, especially Samantha Steele (Leasing Manager) and Cameron (Leasing Agent). Samantha made the leasing process super smooth, and Cameron answered all my questions patiently during the complex tour. Highly recommended!
Very responsive staff, and nice neighbors. I would stay but have move for work. Convenient location to shopping and parks is also nice.
I initially wrote a much longer, more detailed review but it was twice as long as Google allowed lol. Long story short, not only did NWV completely fail to act during a maintenance emergency, they threatened to sue us multiple times for the damages exacerbated by their lack of response. My husband and I lived in a building managed by NWV for three years. Late last December, we had a maintenance emergency where the pipe under our kitchen sink cleaved off.
