Declined my application due to late rent payments over 2 years ago.
It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to reach them ever. Calling reception is like calling a brick wall because no matter the time, the day, anything they just never answer. If you text them, they don’t answer. Do not count on being able to contact them if you become a tenant, because trust me they do not care enough to answer.
i have been a tenant since may 2025 and things started initially okay. things turned for the worst after this past year. there is a lot of miscommunication and lack of communication within this property management team. the turnover rate is an indicator within itself. i am being charged for maintenance requests that i was not initially notified about. it appears someone has already left a review about the same thing. they allow people to smoke cigarettes in their units and bring in murdered and bloody deer. this is asinine a... read more
