Nick Gradt was the direct property manager I worked with and I’ve never experienced such a warm, compassionate, and understanding property manager like him. This was my first time with a larger company and I felt so held and supported as a tenant with Nick. He is responsive, SO understanding, and really works with you and for you. I’ll miss Nick as my guy!
Awful, predatory landlords who cannot maintain livable units, even in a new building. My ceiling started leaking during heavy rain within a month of moving in (November 2025). It is now April, and my roof is STILL LEAKING—despite repeated notifications to management every single time it happens. This is a “new” building that was marketed as a quality property. They are very quick and time sensitive Ruby was such a big help she responded asap was very flexible and got the job done !! And I got Into to a place within a month !! Thank you NWV:)
Ruby was very kind and showed me multiple apartments before I made my decision. Communication was clear and efficient. It was easy to retrieve my keys and paperwork when it was time for me to move in. Overall good experience.
