Charlie was my Go to and made moving a Success which was all I could ask for! The NWV Group was very welcoming when I went to get my key and I am very thankful for my new transition!
I am very pleased with the property manager Toi. She made everything easier on me, I know if I need her it’s never a problem, she moves quick.
Edit update 8/25 All negative things are still the same. Nothing has changed for my situation for the better. If you don't believe these negative reviews googled their name, they are being sued, by a whole community for neglect. There are false reviews regarding a property manager to boost her ratings. Don't believe the review as they are third party fake reviews. highly am against recommending renting from NWV GROUP property Management company.
