Misleading practices. They scoped a project to be a complex repair work that would take two people two full days and charged be $3000 for it. However the real work took just 4 hrs by one person. So they charged me $3000 for a 4hr handyman type of work with some caulking and Stucco. Do not trust the effort they say it would take for your progress as they will mislead you with the project efforts. These people are extremely rude, simply asking them to park in front of the house they are working on. Almost becoming hostile and trying to provoke a altercation. I would not recommend these people if you value your home or safety of it.
