I am currently in the hospital after having emergency stomach surgery. I have a NG tube going down my nose into my throat. I have staples in my stomach from the surgery. Ive been renting since July of 2023. I lived there from October 2016 to August 2018. My ex-husband and I were separating. This management company has a horrible reputation as regards security deposits. Their business model is to use a renters security deposits to make their rental units ready for their next clients. They take unfair advantage of working Texans by charging their rental clients for normal wear and tear on move-out. This is contrary to ** property code and needs to be brought to the attention of the ** authorities. On ****** **** you can read several complaints about this company regularly keeping their renters’ deposits and sending them a bill or later to collection. In our case we were moving out of State and after a walk through of the property, the NWP inspector said everything looked fine. We left the place impecable and moved to FL on April, 2020. During the tour he stated all we had to do is fill out an application and complete the deposit of $950 and he could hold the apartment for up to two weeks and return the deposit if it fell through.
