NWA Restore-It came out and assessed water damage we had in our home. They came out early the next morning and set up equipment to dry up all the water and moisture to prevent mold growth. Very quick response time, friendly people, and quality work! Highly recommended!
These people are thieves. They refused to pay $8,000 worth of work that we did for them. Don't trust these people.
Yes they did dry our home. But they had no respect what so ever of us or our home. Our home was flooded. They came in as we were leaving, dried our home but broke and disrespected our belongings. Broke our stuff and crammed our stuff in nooks and crannies. After what we were already going through with all the water, we came home to broken property and they say they are not responsible for damages. Like Bulls in a China cabinet. #HEARTBROKENINARKANSAS
After coming out the day after a storm to tarp my roof. It took for ever to come survey damage to quote give a estimate. I have still yet to receive the estimate. I am assuming since it's not going to be a total replacement they don't wanna be bothered.
