managment is horrible on communication in various ways. not paid what you are worth. also no care for concerns if your work for the company. vice president Kerry Tyler has poor people skills. high turnover rate. if you quit your last paycheck will be adjusted for their benefit. lots of unsafe crooked ways of running a company.

NWA Restore it guys came out about 2 months ago and took out half my kitchen cabinets/countertops and half my flooring due to a water leak. After they left, I tried to run my dish washer, it’s just hanging loosely in the cabinet. Their guy Adam came out and measured everything for replacement, sent a quote, I called a week later, finally got the quote, turned it in to insurance. I first used NWA Restore It in January 2015 and they did multiple home repairs for me from painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpet repair. One of the jobs was to have a shower resurfaced. I called 2 years later as there was a bubble place in the shower. I received a quick review of the situation and the repair was done at no charge under warranty.
