RecommendedSo I’ve live in my rental house for 5 months and when there is a problem they make sure things get done. That’s good for the renter and the owner
I wrote a really bad review on this company and may have done so unfairly. How I felt that I was treated is unimportant, what is though is that I kept my mouth shut and didn't talk to them. Once they saw my review they did reach out to me. Including the owner agreeing to come by the property, and having a contractor on the premises to start repairs within two days. They are not perfect, neither are any of us, however, I do want to say that if issues do arise they will address them.
I have rented with them for almost a year now. From the get go, they were very helpful. Anytime, (which was rarely), that I had an issue, they were quick to fix the problem. I recommend them 100%.
Lived here almost 3 years (and still living). Juanita is an awesome landlord always taken care of us thank you guys so much and we look forward to continuing with you guys
