We had really great experiences at both appointments. The front desk staff are very friendly and personable the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Cross was wonderful. He explained things well to my son and made him feel very comfortable. Surgery day also went well. They did everything possible to make him comfortable and ease his fears. His nurse or assistant Jenny even read a passage from the Bible to help with his anxiety before taking him back. (Psalm 139) That meant the world to this momma! RecommendedVery happy with our experience, my daughter and I felt that all our questions were answered appropriately and when surgery day came we had the best care.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth cut out and some other work done yesterday, and the staff at Dr Cross's office was excellent! We had a small issue happen when filing insurance (not their fault!), and it was quickly taken care of and we got an appointment scheduled quickly. Thank you for making my daughter's experience a positive one.
The whole staff is amazing- friendly, professional and courteous. They treated my daughter with care and compassion, and made sure I understood what to do after the procedure.
Sure do love Dr Cross. Not only is the staff very friendly, but he is too! They overlooked my chart yesterday and I had to wait longer than I wanted to, but when I said something, they got me right in, found the doc, and he came immediately. I went to another oral surgeon before, did not like him or the estimate that was given by him that suspiciously went up $1000 later. Glad I found Dr Cross. His prices are very reasonable!!!
Love how friendly the staff is. The ladies up front are super friendly. The overall experience was great! We would definitely recommend them. We also will be using them again when my daughter gets her wisdom teeth taken out.
My son had his wisdom teeth out yesterday. The staff is the most friendly, courteous, caring I have seen in a long time. I would recommend this office to everyone.
Great staff, and Doctor Cross is awesome! Two of my daughters have had their wisdom teeth removed there!
