I was humbled by the incredible customer service we received from the first phone call to picking up our ring that was sized. I had a ring which held sentimental value. The sapphire stone fell out and was lost. They were able to find a beautiful stone to replace it, mounted it, and made my ring look brand new! I highly recommend this business. Their work and customer service are fantastic.
