The entire crew at NWA Cooling & Heating is top-notch! I have used their services for both my home and commercial business and would highly recommend them for any job big or small. Ac was running a lot so had it checked to make sure there wasn’t an issue - Will was great! Checked everything out and other than full system replacement with a more energy efficient unit said it was running as could be expected with temps as hot as they are. Did not “find” things to fix or replace unnecessarily. Will definitely use them again and when it is time to replace!!!

Paid $400 for work that didn’t fix the problem and wasn’t even authorized. They dumped in some refrigerant, sprayed a coil, patted themselves on the back, and left. The system failed again almost immediately. I replaced the thermostat myself, and it’s been running flawlessly ever since. I had three AC/ Gas furnaces replaced in my home. NWA gave me my second estimate and came in 40% cheaper than the first company (without seeing the competitions numbers). They offered fair financing terms; thier crew was professional, worked clean, efficiently, and did a great job getting my systems up and running quickly.
