JR showed up after giving us a call in advance. He went directly to our unit, which he was very familiar with, and diagnosed it quickly. It will take some time for a part, but thankfully it’s cooler out. And please note, they came out on one day’s notice!
The entire crew at NWA Cooling & Heating is top-notch! I have used their services for both my home and commercial business and would highly recommend them for any job big or small. Both Tom & Will are extremely professional, reliable, honest and FAST. Clear communication and very reasonable & fair pricing. I would give them more than 5-stars if that were an option.
Paid $400 for work that didn’t fix the problem and wasn’t even authorized. They dumped in some refrigerant, sprayed a coil, patted themselves on the back, and left. The system failed again almost immediately. I replaced the thermostat myself, and it’s been running flawlessly ever since.
