WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This company is phenomenal with the services they offer! I was having MAJOR issues with other companies, I contacted at least 6 different companies before calling NWA Cooling & Heating. I wish I would’ve done it sooner, JR is an incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable tech. Tom with NWA Cooling and Heating picked up when I called on a Saturday and was kind and booked our appointment at our earliest convenience. He was on time, friendly and professional; and most importantly he fixed our issue that day for a reasonable price. THANK YOU! I 100% recommend and we will absolutely use him/them in the future. 😊

Asked for NWA Cooling & Heating to do a seasonal check on my furnace as I had no record of prior services from the prior home owner. They came and did a very thorough job of evaluating the system. They did find one issue which was corrected a couple days later. They were polite, knowledgeable and very conscientious about cleaning up any residue left from the check!

JR was courteous and professional throughout the entire service visit. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing. Carefully inspected everything. and left the area clean and orderly. I truly appreciated his professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I've owned a home for over 35 years and have had several different HVAC companies with service contracts. These guys are the best! They do fantastic work and have reasonable prices. Very impressed and will recommend them to everyone.
