We recently had NWA Cooling & Heating replace a 3-ton AC unit at our nursing home, and their professionalism was exceptional. The crew was courteous and respectful of our elderly residents, completing the job quickly and without disruption. When they finished, there wasn’t a trace of debris—just a perfectly running new unit. It’s rare to find a company that delivers great workmanship and genuine care for the people they serve. Highly recommend!

JR from NWA Heating and Cooling came to check my HVAC system. He was on time, friendly, answered all my questions, worked quickly, and made sure I was satisfied before he left. He did an amazing job and I am so appreciative of NWA Heating and Cooling for sending him and for all the other superior service they always give.

The entire crew at NWA Cooling & Heating is top-notch! I have used their services for both my home and commercial business and would highly recommend them for any job big or small. Both Tom & Will are extremely professional, reliable, honest and FAST. Clear communication and very reasonable & fair pricing. I would give them more than 5-stars if that were an option.

Expert Service! They were able to diagnose and fix my AC unit in under an hour. Will definitely use them again!! Jeron was my tech and he was the best. Really knowledgeable, helped us understand the issue and was incredibly polite.

JR and Tiffany have been so patient and helpful for me through the whole process of working with American Home Shield Warranty! They have helped us get our unit repaired, and kept us in the loop about timelines and all the things that made this a super easy process. Highly recommend JR’s service - he’s super knowledgeable and very helpful in practical ways like cleaning and maintenance.
