Highly recommend. Install the whole new forced air unit at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They even came back to pull a new common wire after ours had stopped working after the new install. Very pleased with the service!

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This company is phenomenal with the services they offer! I was having MAJOR issues with other companies, I contacted at least 6 different companies before calling NWA Cooling & Heating. I wish I would’ve done it sooner, JR is an incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable tech. JR was very very patient and communicative with myself and my girlfriend in the process of getting our HVAC units repaired. Asked for NWA Cooling & Heating to do a seasonal check on my furnace as I had no record of prior services from the prior home owner. They came and did a very thorough job of evaluating the system. They did find one issue which was corrected a couple days later. They were polite, knowledgeable and very conscientious about cleaning up any residue left from the check!

I've owned a home for over 35 years and have had several different HVAC companies with service contracts. These guys are the best! They do fantastic work and have reasonable prices. Very impressed and will recommend them to everyone.
