We had an issue with our AC and needed a sooner appointment, and the team was incredibly accommodating by getting us scheduled the very next day. Will arrived right within the expected time window, was professional, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a solution. He also was so kind and patient with my dog, which I truly appreciated. This was honestly THE BEAT EXPERIENCES I’ve had with an HVAC/AC company. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend. Install the whole new forced air unit at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They even came back to pull a new common wire after ours had stopped working after the new install. Very pleased with the service!

We were introduced to NWA Cooling & Heating when our HVAC system stopped working and needed replaced in the middle of last summer. They were very responsive to our needs and were able to get brand new system replaced within very short time frame. We have continued to use them with service contract. Always very professional and responsive. Great communication and follow through with what they say. Would highly recommend checking them out for all your HVAC needs!
