Given the severity of the recent heat, our units have been running almost constantly, so we thought it would be a good idea to have them serviced. JR from NWA C&H was on the job at the appointed time, always a plus. He gave the machines a thorough going over, pronounced them good to go, and explained what we could expect in the future--all for a reasonable price, all done in a friendly (and plainly expert) manner. We will definitely be relying on NWA for our HVAC needs going forward. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Install the whole new forced air unit at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They even came back to pull a new common wire after ours had stopped working after the new install. Very pleased with the service!

We had an issue with our AC and needed a sooner appointment, and the team was incredibly accommodating by getting us scheduled the very next day. Will arrived right within the expected time window, was professional, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a solution. He also was so kind and patient with my dog, which I truly appreciated. This was honestly THE BEAT EXPERIENCES I’ve had with an HVAC/AC company. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We were introduced to NWA Cooling & Heating when our HVAC system stopped working and needed replaced in the middle of last summer. They were very responsive to our needs and were able to get brand new system replaced within very short time frame. We have continued to use them with service contract. Always very professional and responsive. Great communication and follow through with what they say. Would highly recommend checking them out for all your HVAC needs!

Summer service checkup by JR went well. First time he was in our home. JR demonstrated a willingness to learn our HVAC history. He seemed highly knowledgable and ask good questions.
