I purchased my first home with Ted, an older beach cottage in El Segundo. The house was not on the market, but Ted knew the owners and wrote a letter on my behalf. Ted was so patient and easy to work with, not just with the purchasing process, but his knowledge of construction. Being an older house it needed some love.
