Your new electronic system is terrible, I can't even go back before March to review.... We keep getting all this jumk mail for life insurance long term insurance, did we agree to have all this junk mail sent to us.....there is not even a help tab on the electronic system.... not happy with the changes I bet the employees aren't either.
RecommendedI joined the credit union in 1978 when it was Portland Postal Employees Credit Union. To better serve the community, the name was changed to NW Priority Credit Union but the service stayed the same. The service is outstanding and everyone is so helpful. I would never go back to a bank again.

I have been with the credit union since I was a kid. My parents, and grandfather were/are all postal workers. For the most part it has been a great credit union, however, recent and ongoing issues with their online banking are leaving me wanting to switch credit unions. I have now not been able to log on or check balances and pay bills for days. I have had to email or call multiple times because of issues with the site not working. And because of my night shift I am generally not able to reach customer service. Really hoping... read more
