From the beginning I was impressed with Michael, the owner, and NW Precision Roofing. Michael was prompt and responsive to my many questions. He gave me a reasonable cost estimate when he said he would and he kept me up to date with scheduling due to unexpected excessive heat. He stayed in touch and never dropped the ball.
