I made an appointment with Patty for November 27th at 4:30. She watched me write it down and confirmed that it was the correct time and date. I showed up and I was told I didn't have an appointment. I called and the office manager didn't return my call. I was persistent and called again. Finally got to talk to Nicole. She said she would ask Dr. Max to return my call. No one has called. The staff and the doctor don't seem at all concerned about the inconvenience they caused. I wouldn't recommend this office.

Nicole, who did my treatment was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable for the whole procedure. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and will certainly return to her! Sarah at the front seat was welcoming kind. It was so nice to come in and be greeted with such a friendly smiling face! Definitely a great way to start my visit!
I had an amazing facial this morning and it was so relaxing! Now, my skin looks, feels, and smells wonderful!
Cheryl did a fantastic job with my Juvederm. I look 10 years younger! Cheryl also did my dysport on my forehead a week ago. I had a good feeling about her patient and steady manner. So glad I came back to her for the filler!!
Nicole has been doing my laser treatment for over 3 years .. she has been very polite and proffessional i love her in pieces for making me feel great about my treatments.. i have recomment couple of my family members and anyone to stop by and look at your options .
Nicole has been doing my laser work for over 5 years. The space is beautiful, everyone is professional & delightful. It's the single most awesome thing I've ever done for my self esteem. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.
