I have gone to Doctor DeClerk for a while now, and he and the team have been outstanding. Visits are comprehensive, and he has helped resolve my issues. Filling my prescription through Walmart has been very easy after visiting Dr. DeClerk and the team. My wife also goes to Doctor DeClerk with a similar experience. I was okay with this facility as it was close to my house but it was just a challenge to get someone on the phone. After 5 minutes someone answer and she said I heard partial of what I was needing she hang up on me. Sorry but im taking my business somewhere else.
Was using dr.DeClark but am choosing another primary care physician. Getting a prescription Refilled is like pulling tooth and nail! You will wait for days and days and can never reach anyone at the office at the rogers location. The phone just rings and rings and rings. My overall experience isn’t horrible but I wouldn’t say it was a good enough experience to want me to come back.
My name is Shane Henderson. I have been a patient of MR Declerk for over 2 years. He goes above and beyond for myself and wife. I would wait 3 hours to see him over any other doctor in NWA. I can’t thank him enough for what he has and continues to do for myself and family.
