BUYER BEWARE, I ordered a custom metal building in Oregon with Nw CUSTOM STRUCTURES in Feb. 2019 . They contract through CALIFORNIA ALL STEEL. CA. A.STEEL (Fresno ca.). They arrived while I was away for the day, the work was shoddy at best. My wife paid them with credit card. I contacted Jackie w/ CA. ALL STEEL, she stated she would send out a crew to fix the shoddy work after I sent pictures of the crappy job they did. No crew ever arrived!!!!!! Revised... The spot was about 3" out of level in 20ft. Hardly an excuse for keeping my $250 deposit. These guys are crooks...BEWARE!!!! ---Ordered a building through these guys. They sell for California All Steel. What a joke. Tried to contact the owner Kim. No return call. BEWARE!!!!! Jackie is the problem. Flor is not much help either. I suggest you call West Coast Metal Buildings in Salem. Otherwise, you will get screwed by NW "Butchered" Structures. Like I did. Good luck
NW Custom Structures provides NO CUSTOMER SERVICE once they have your money! We have been waiting for 5 months for a garage door and when I told the owner, Kim, that I would have to take legal action and write negative reviews of her company if she didn't help, she informed me that she would no longer communicate with me, had no responsibility to get us a door (puts it all on the installers) and that I could do whatever I saw fit insofar as reviews and legal actions.
