Never were even able to get a price quote, who knows how their work is done. First day I called, I was told by the owner they would get back to me in a couple hours, never happened. The next night I called and they arranged to come look at the project. The owner did come and told my wife he would send her an estimate the following day. 5 days later, no estimate, so I called and he acted all annoyed I was even asking and told me it would be another 4 days, then hung up on me. 12 days later, still nothing. What a horrible experience! Chris bailed before finishing our project after asking for more money, repeatedly. Now two years later the shed he built under our deck isn't at all water proofed and is getting moldy. Do yourself a favor and pick ANYONE besides this company for your deck!!...

Nw custom deck came out to our house and gave us a estimate for our deck project that had a very competitive price. They came out 2 months later and installed a beautiful deck in my back yard. We couldn't be happier with how the project turned out. Thank you so much for the outstanding job you guys did.
