They will only offer morning appointments for new clients. So being placed on a wait list you either have to remove your child from school every week or be removed from the wait list all together as they don't want to keep you on it with a request for afternoon appointments. This is something that should just be stated more up front so that you are not waisting anyone's time on an already extremely hard search...
They are wonderful and I highly recommend them!
I do not recommend NW Counseling Associates as they have very shady business practices. They will not charge your copay for weeks and suddenly charge whatever amount they feel like charging at the moment. They never return your messages when you have questions about billings. I am very glad our counselor moved to a different practice so I don’t have to deal with them any longer.
I had wonderful experiences with Amy and Brianna.
Still requiring masks after the worthless mandates are lifted is utterly ridiculous. We'll be seeking alternatives because if they can't think for themselves, how can they help my child think for themselves?
