Wasn't expecting both the interior and exterior to be cleaned too, that was awesome. 4.5 Star : Customer Service A lot of the process got slowed down by the insurance company of the person who hit my car, but my estimator John was great about getting it sorted out. Only dissatisfaction was with how I had to go about getting updates. Wish the front desk had updates on their system so i didn't have to wait for the estimator to call back... read more
