He informed me that my steering column needed to be completely replaced was glad that I brought it in as soon as possible instead of continuing to drive the vehicle. He would update me at least weekly if not more. Fixed my steering and front bumper. Informed that insurance would not cover repairs to the rear bumper due to prior damage and a previous fix that was not done properly.
