0 Star : My Experience The passenger side door that was damaged and part of the estimate and expected work was not taken care of at all. It was not touched. This takes time and stress to deal with. I will take it to my auto shop in Tacoma where I live because it's an inconvenience for me to keep going to Portland. This is disappointing for my wife, my daughter and me to keep dealing with this after your quote and commitment to fix our car. They managed my rental car pickup and dropoff with no issues and were very responsive and proactive in the process, informing me as my car was being worked on and ready for pickup. They even went the extra mile to deliver my vehicle back to me upon completion which speaks volumes to their service. Highly recommend!
