Usually going to the dealership is like going to the dentist. Painful but necessary. I just want to thank Alec and surrounding staff. Found a ford expedition we liked for a reasonable price on their site. Entered the dealership and Alec, the salesman, was so nice and welcoming and told us to take a ride. The vehicle was clean, no rust, lots of options. The whole car buying process took maybe half an hour or so. So far we are very happy.
