My experience with NVB Contracting in the summer of 2025 was fantastic. It is an excellent company, and I have absolute trust and respect for NVB's Jhonatan Zelaes, who oversaw three big jobs on my giant old house last June, July and August, with friendliness and consummate professionalism. The best decision I made was reaching out to NVB and working with Charlie Pizzola on December 20, 2025. I explained the issues I was having with a recently acquired home, and he immediately understood what needed to be done. He walked me through the entire process and made sure I fully understood every step. We had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Z. He was very thorough in his explanation of the work and all the documentation. He was very professional and maintained excellent communication with us. He was able to answer all our questions and really provided quality customer service. He made us feel very comfortable and secure with the project (we are out of state) and would recommend him to others.
Communication, workmanship and follow up were great with Eric Bradley of NVB. They replaced my roof, gutters and downspouts. Any kind of post-job minor follow up work to be done was handled promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.
NVB was a fantastic organization to work with. Our representative, Rory, took the time to explain what the different products and upgrades were and what was actually needed on our home.
