Had issue with a solar panel not performing to specifications, worked with Eric and his team to resolve the problem through the manufacturer. After extensive work on NVBs part the manufacturer finally approved the replacement panel which was delivered and installed in a short period of time once all the paperwork and testing was completed by NVB. The installation crew was knowledgeable and polite at all times. Would recommend them for solar panel installation projects. Lou Larsen
