Communication, workmanship and follow up were great with Eric Bradley of NVB. They replaced my roof, gutters and downspouts. Any kind of post-job minor follow up work to be done was handled promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.
NVB was a fantastic organization to work with. Our representative, Rory, took the time to explain what the different products and upgrades were and what was actually needed on our home. We were prepared for the process and how the installation would go. Products arrived on time and the crew showed up when they were supposed to. Rory was on the job site to ensure quality. My parents had roof damage that went unreported to their homeowners policy insurer, USAA, from October 2024 until January 2025 as they were both in and out of hospitals and rehabilitation centers as I was living out of state and unaware of the roof damage. Upon noticing water damage in one section of the garage ceiling I contacted USAA to file a claim. NVB took great care of my roof after recent wind damage. Eric was very polite and clearly explained what needed fixing. He sent pictures of before and after to demonstrate the quality of the repairs. I highly recommend using NVB if you have any roofing needs.
Me hicieron cambio de techo el año 2023 y el 2024 dejaron un hueco en mi techo el cual cuando llueve, el agua filtra. Llame a la compañía y desde noviembre del año pasado no me solucionan el problema. Pensé que tenía garantía en el trabajo que hacen. Pero la hacen larga y no me han dado ninguna solución.
