It was the worst experience I've ever had in a hair salon. I showed a reference picture of a perm (vintage perm) but Sarah ( who serviced me) end up making an old fashion, regular, perm and charged me $200! When we had a consultation session before the service, she never responded to me or carried the conversation. She looked mundane.
Got a cut and color by Hyun Seob (현섭쌤) today and I’m so happy with how it turned out! He totally got the look I wanted and took such great care of everything. Definitely booking again next time — thank you!!
