Not positive at all. The staff is great but the dr is not good. He is a qualified doctor and good at his job but he sees too many patients a day, therefore provides poor patient care. He does not have the bandwidth to see all the patients he schedules. He took out one of my old fillings and replaced it and I had terrible pain. I had to go back and found out I needed a root canal. This all happened because he removed my old filling which had no problems. And they don’t care if your covered or no
Orange dental group is really not that great. I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting to be seen cause one the the med assistant's made a mistake. A huge disappointment
I have been seeing Dr Leben for a couple of years. Told him that I had previous periodontal laser treatment and was always asking him how are my gums. He always said they were fine; but never measured them to be sure. Also he had recommended I go to see an oral surgeon to check one of my teeth. I went to another dentist recently for a second opinion and he measured my gums; which had shown excessive gaps and he didn't find anything wrong with that questionable tooth. Glad i changed dentist!
Had a new crown installed on one of my front teeth. He grinded the back side of my crown excessively making the backside concaved with a very sharp edge on my tooth. He also ground down some of my lower real teeth; which he shouldn't of had to since they were fine before. I complained and came back to have him to fix it; but he just made it worse by grinding the concave some more which exposed the metal. I expressed the sharp edge to him again; which he said he would fix but didn't.
Dr. Fuentes lied to me in order to get me to have a procedure done by one of the dentists in his office. I was overcharged by close to 700 dollars, but after speaking with the manager at Bayonne Family Dental I was able to get that money back. This was a terrible first--and last--experience with a man who is supposed to be an example of professionalism. I will NEVER recommend Dr. Peter Fuentes to any of my friends and family members.
I walked in there for a crown after so many things done they promised to be able to acomidate my needs for this crown with color matchin and all well the crown lasted a week was never really fitted not to mention all the times I walked in with appointment to find out it wasn't ready but worst of all the crown wasn't made right it cracked I took it back and dr Fuentes told me he would not leave me like but he did in ignored and treated like I'm nothing I have recorded all calls my lawyer is in
Do not go here! The staff is wonderful and that's the only reason it gets a star. The dr however is rude and does terrible work. Instead of giving information about your dental health he makes rude undeserved comments and doesn't say much about your teeth. He bruised my gums severely and my teeth are extremely rough after a filling and unlike other dentist he didn't make it look like a regular tooth just a tooth with an obvious filling. Please be careful about picking a dentist I wish I had been
