I took my niece to get her nails done and I specifically told the lady who was going to do her nails that it would be shellac and a nude color and I showed her the color and my niece came back with orange Polish and it was her first time doing nails so she didn’t know what to say because it was wrong and they did not fix them
Have been coming once a month for about a year. I noticed that almost all of them act genuinely bothered or annoyed having to do their job. I put up with it because they were able to knock out me and my family fast (we all liked getting pedicures together). Today was the final straw for me. Amazing customer service, ask for Vero she does Amazing work takes care of your nails and gives you options. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she came through. Love my cat eye nails
I’ve been doing my manicure and pedicure every 2-3 weeks for over 25years. I’ve gone to many places all over 956 area. I finally found (Mary) whom takes her time to perfect the nail process. Especially cause I’m very picky. I’ve been with her for 2yrs now and haven’t disappointed me once. She always asks me how I want my nails. If I’m happy with the color or shape. She maintains constant communication to make sure we’re on the same page of what I want. Extremely happy with Mary. I will follow her where ever she goes
