Terrible service and LAZY OWNER (Vivian)!! I asked Vivian to remove my outgrown acrylics. She quoted me $15 and I agreed. She began to try and remove them with the tip of a nail which was extremely painful. I let her know that she was hurting me and that I could’ve ripped them off at home for free. I asked her to soak them off which is what I thought I was paying $15 for.
