I had been to this establishment about three times with today’s visit. Today, I called Vinny and asked if he and Ming were available and he said yes. I said I would be there within 30 minutes because of where I lived. When I arrived, he had a young lady sitting. Once he was done he walked her to get a pedicure once done he left. best eyebrow wax i’ve had in a while!
Don't book here for appointments. They'll take walkins over you and have you sitting there for an hour before being serviced. Completely unprofessional and as you can see from their response they take no responsibility. If you know you have an appointment why would you actively take walk ins? They literally will take a walk in while your waiting an extra 30 minutes past your appointment time. Bad service and horrible management
The price that was displayed was not the price that I was charged. They charged me more than what was shown then added an exorbitant fee for using a credit card much more than the fee they're charged by the banks. So I ended up almost paying double for a service. Will DEFINITELY not be returning. Don't have a price menu if you're not going to abide by it. Hello I see your response I didn't have those services done so that must be another person who was unhappy as well.
Very nice staff! Very clean setting! I will definitely e returning.
