Today I came in for a new set and I had John. He had done my nails 2 other times before today! The first time he done my nails I wanted purple and teal glitter nails but they had been out of the colors...but instead of asking me to pick a new color like the girl had me do the time before...John had found colors similar to the colors I wanted and asked if these were ok?! They gave me $5 off for this awful service! I was complaining since beginning of them being crooked and half square half rounded and this is how I left with a $5 off.... never will be back!

I have come here multiple times, I endure the wait times and have had great experiences. I try to make an appt 2 months in advance for my wedding party and they don’t want to accommodate unless we come earlier in the day. The guy Steven was really nice and the mouthy boss said no! I don’t understand why she would turn down business!!
