I am extremely disappointed with the way this doctor’s office handles scheduling. I have now been here three times, and each visit has involved excessive wait times — over 45 minutes at every phase of the appointment. While the staff is courteous, it’s become clear that the physicians prioritize volume over patient experience, booking far more appointments than they can reasonably accommodate. I have just had my 2nd appointment with Dr.Peter Debry. He’s wonderful at explaining things. Very patient with me. The people that also work in the office are quite nice and friendly. I’m so happy that I found him as my eye doctor.
