I love my space, but management doesn’t enforce quiet hours rules. They just don’t care to follow up on noise complaints. Most of us work from home now due to the pandemic and my partner - an essential worker - has to get up at 6am for work. We both need quality sleep. Come weekends and sometimes during weekdays neighbors throw huge loud music parties with screaming people, banging, stomping, and all kinds of crazy noises after 10pm. Where to begin. Front desk is awesome. Management not so much. One of the bedroom doors has a good inch and a half gap in it so you can hear literally every single noise made in the apartment. It’s a very poor design and cheapskate move on the owner’s part. Our leasing agent never gave us a tour of the property. I expected a lot from such an expensive apartment but it’s not living up to expectations.

I have been at NV for almost a year and a half now and have watched the decline of this building. It is highly unfortunate that I will soon be looking to move away from a place that I had loved as recently as a year ago. (Just check my prior review!) The management allows it's employees to share private confidential information about residents that live here and they also gossip about other residents themselves.
