I had my roof replaced by NUZA in 2018, and just had to replace the whole thing again due to bad workmanship (which NUZA confirmed when I sent them a letter requesting a refund- they said the workmanship warranty had expired and they were no longer responsible.) In addition, when I called to tell them it was leaking, Luis said he would patch it and remove some bricks that his workers left up there. Luis is honest, knowledgeable, warm, friendly and responds immediately to questions and concerns. He is detailed oriented. Walked us through all the steps, answered any questions. Luis and his team did a beautiful job on replacing the roof on our home. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Nuza Roofing.
