Been going to this office for years. My Doctor left the practice and now I am considered a new patient and have to wait months to be seen. My other Nuvance doctor wanted me to be seen by my PCP and also get bloodwork at the same time. This office wont do that, nor see me earlier even though it's for a sick appointment.
Went to Urgent Care in LaGrangeville twice this month for two separate issues and everyone was incredibly friendly there. Most especially the Nurses and and the Drs! Big shout out to Dr. Sean O'Sullivan who was very informative, genuinely kind and helpful.
Can't ever get in touch with a receptionist medical staff is pretty good can't get a hold of anybody though that's a problem just to request information
Extremely friendly staff and quick response time. Would definitely recommend.
