I cannot give 5 stars unfortunately. I say that not because of the providers but instead because of some of the staff. The receptionist Charlene is in the fog when you talk to her and when you speak with her it is as though the information is not resonating with her. Extremely frustrating. It is always difficult to get an appointment with your provider and takes close to 15 minutes just to get to speak to the receptionist.
