Very happy with the care here - I've been a couple times so far and it's been positive. Dr Khan takes his time to get to know you, ask questions, etc. Not something you get everywhere.
Update: I tried again! Simple refill to an existing script. Nothing new, just what I had. They refilled it twice now incorrectly. Once with something the pharmacy doesn’t stock that cost me 3 weeks. Now a second time with a dose that is NOT even manufactured. Beware. Nuvance is the problem with healthcare. Not insurance. Not the doctors. A simple refill requires 6 emails and 3 phone calls and they still get it wrong. This has happened multiple times over the years. I keep thinking they may change, but they haven’t. As is usual on the internet, writing a review brings out all the negative from folks who clearly cannot be satisfied. Healthcare is a disaster from an industry point of view... that is not the fault of this office. The staff is efficient and friendly. My doctor - Dr Kuehl - spends TIME with me, listens to my needs, responds quickly to messages in the portal... is WONDERFUL.
Do not even attempt to go to this for any care whatsoever! I went in to fill out paperwork to be a new patient and received absolutely no care at all. The Dr. briefly said hello and asked if I would like a free flu shot while I was there. They explained that this visit was just a setup and there would be no charge until I came in for a physical which I scheduled and now will cancel. They sent me a bill for $431 for me filling out some paperwork and receiving the "free" flu shot I was offered
