My wife and I recently visited Nuvance Health Cross Street for a consultation, where our doctor recommended several tests. We were directed to the Nuvance Hospital lab in Norwalk for these tests, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving at the lab, we were met with confusion as there was no information regarding our tests. Doctor Gavilanes is the best. He listens very attentively and does not rush you like an assembly line.
This was my first experience at Nuvance Health in Norwalk, and the staff was wonderful! Lissa (MPPR) was amazing! She worked hard to accommodate me after a scheduling mistake (which was not even her mistake to begin with!) and followed up on my referral right away. Thank you, Lissa!! Dr. Bhagat and the nurse seemed like they genuinely cared about my concerns. Dr. Bhagat was very patient and took the time to listen to me. I appreciated that very much!
