Everyone I interacted with was great. They seem to have a good vibe going across the office, which helped me feel at ease. Shoutout to Marci (spelling?) at the front desk! She was so on top of things, but more importantly: kind, warm, and just a lovely person :)
The front desk staff at reception as well as I believe she was an MA or RN that did my initial triage/intake questions before the provider came in were actually, EXCEPTIONAL. After all my years with this practice (about 4 in total), the care is always of the same caliber, every time, without a doubt. The adjective, “comfortable”, would be a GROSS understatement. If I had to describe this practice to a new, unseen patient, I would tell them the atmosphere this staff creates is exactly like ‘catching up with longtime gal-pals’... read more
