I was able to get an appointment for an MRI at this location sooner than at the other ones. Next time, I'll wait for an appointment someplace else. The techs here lack basic compassion and bordered not just on unfriendly but hostile. It was a particularly long scan and I have stage 4 cancer with a lot of pain. This didn't matter. If you're healthy and scheduling a quick scan, your experience may vary. I will make an effort to never return to the office.
I have been coming here for my annual mammogram and ultrasound for the past several years. The receptionists and the technicians are always pleasant and professional. I have never had to wait and I rarely see anyone in the waiting room. I am in and out within 30 minutes and I get my results the same day!

HORRIFIC experience with this radiology practice. I wish I'd read reviews before I scheduled my appointment. The ONLY redeeming quality of this place was that the reception staff were really nice. The scheduler was rude. The person who called to confirm my appointment was rude, and, impatient. The onsite staff was just mean. No explanations, here put this on, I'm shoving you into the machine now, good bye. Having experienced this identical procedure elsewhere, I am not a nervous patient.
