Nutty Guys Nutty Slow Shipping – The Nuts are good in fact they are very good, But the wait is not good at all. 10 days to ship , after I called and emailed. They do not answer the phone either, just voicemail. Extremely bad customer service for a good product ,,,too bad.
don't buy from these guys – I tried for a month to contact these guys with no luck. Finally asked Groupon to contact them. That worked; I did receive part of my order 5 days later. Groupon followed up to ask if they had shipped yet, and I told them that I did receive a partial shipment. Groupon then contacted Nutty Guys who sent me an email saying my order had shipped and was delivered. Nutty to buy from these guys – As with others I wish I could give a zero or negative star rating. Ordered over a week ago, still pending shipping. No answers to my email or voicemails regarding. I just want to cancel my order and I can't even do that. Don't waste your time with these nutjobs!
Extremely Pleased – Despite the previous low ratings, I decided to purchase a groupon to Nutty Guys and give them a try... and I am very glad I did! I received my order at my door just 5 days after placing it. The products were delicious (I got 6 different things and every one was GREAT). I will definitely be doing business with them again!
Don't do business with Nutty Guys – Bad experience with Nutty Guys. I placed and paid for an order over the internet for a gift to be shipped. The status of the order did not update over the next week. My emails and voicemail to Nutty Guts over the subsequent week were ignored. I visited the warehouse in person and demanded immediate shipment or a refund. HORRIBLE Service!!! – Where do I start? I placed my orders on Dec. 12th for Christmas gifts, and did not receive my packages until two days AFTER Christmas!! I had to give IOU's as gifts, how embarrassing! I called and emailed customer service multiple times to inquire about my orders, and got absolutely NO response. Nobody answered the phone, nobody answered my emails. Think Twice Before Making Your Purchase – I purchased a Groupon and used it to cover part of my purchase, shipping was $10 a bit high for some nuts! I thought, oh well, I'll give it a try. I received an email stating my order had shipped on Dec 11, I placed my order on Dec 6 and the company website stated orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days, that obviously didn't happen! great customer service – I had trouble using my groupon code online, so I called the number on my groupon. It gave me a toll-free number to call. I immediately got a live person who helped me input the info correctly in a very short time, and all was well. My order went through with no problems. I was worried from some of the other reviews about receiving helpful service, but it was great!
SLOW shipping, waste of $$$ – As it was previously stated, if I could rate this a "0" stars, I would! I ordered through Nutty Guys using a Groupon voucher as part of a Christmas present.
